I’m too depressed to sleep, eat, speak, concentrate. I’m even too depressed to be depressed enough to plan my suicide and act on it. All I can do is nothing.

  1. Sometimes we need to do nothing to give ourselves time to heal. I read a blog post earlier today (can’t remember the name of it) which advised creating a box of distraction. I love the idea and intend to collect items for a ‘Happiness Box’ to help me through the times when I really struggle.
    I know it doesn’t feel like it now, but you will come through this. I believe in you. X
