I started exercising again. I’m not doing any crazy, extreme, all or nothing program. My mom and I talked and after some negotiating I agreed to walk five days a week. At the end of the walk I’m not sweating profusely and am unable to talk. If I don’t take it slowly at first I’m going to be sore and exhausted and will quit because it’s too hard. My dog (and usually my mom) will be going with me and will help keep me accountable. Tonight we walked around a neighborhood we’d never been in before. I picked it because it’s behind the teahouse that I wanted to go to afterwards. Every day will be a new neighborhood. Hopefully that will keep me motivated because I love exploring. Now I’ll just do it on foot instead of in a car.
I just gotta keep on keepin’ on.
